After you have enrolled online, we will send you a letter with your temporary password.
Login with the USERCODE you chose at enrollment.

Your usercode is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long, including at least 2 alpha and 2 numerics, however no special characters.

An express transfer will take place immediately and a scheduled transfer will take place on the evening of the date it is scheduled to begin.

A scheduled transfer is intended for recurring type transfers. The express transfer will be reflected in presentments and memo ledger balance immediately. A scheduled transfer cannot be deleted by the client, they must contact the bank to have it deleted.

Express transfer – Shows transaction immediately
Scheduled transfer – Shows transaction the following day (after nightly update)

You are required to change it every 90 days, for security purposes.

We use a layered security system and the image is used for your protection. You should look for this image each time you log in to make sure you are at the correct site.

It shows you images of checks, deposit/debit tickets. By clicking on the check number or description you will see the image. This service is free!

You may view images on your previous & current statements.

Select User Options at top of screen.

You may log in to bill pay at the bottom left hand corner of Account Summary page.

You can view the past 6 months of statements by clicking: Account Summary, Account and Documents. Then click on Statement Archive.

After 90 days of no activity your account will deactivate. You will need to re-enroll as a new user.
