Haiti Eye Mission

Glaucoma and cataracts are at epidemic levels throughout Haiti and our annual medical mission provides the only source for surgical procedures, glaucoma drops, and eyecare for the central plateau region of Haiti including the city of Pignon. Haiti Eye Mission has treated thousands of patients, performs approximately 330 surgeries each year and dispenses hundreds of bottles of glaucoma drops to the families living in and around Pignon. Our commitment to cure and prevent blindness in Haiti is the driving force behind our annual mission trips! In addition to restoring sight, the team builds relationships with residents, hospital staff, and city officials. Sustainable eyecare has become our top priority… through teaching, supporting and uplifting Haitians!
